Description
|
Temporary Dealership Accountant required for approximately 6 months
Key duties & responsibilities
• Production of accurate monthly management accounts in accordance with standard accounting practice and Group policy, which are submitted within a strict deadline
Analysis and interpretation of key performance indicators, to highlight possible weaknesses and potential profit opportunities. Full monthly BS reconciliations, with any necessary actions taken to ensure all controls are in place
Various monthly and quarterly duties to include payroll input, vat returns, manufacturer composites and other ad-hoc reporting, as required and deemed necessary by the business.
Skills & attributes
• Kerridge/ADP experience
Previous motor trade experience
Ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines, often under pressure.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good analytical skills, with the ability to spot errors.
