The search criteria directly relates to the job title, location and key skills, enabling you to quickly identify candidates of interest, sure in the knowledge that the candidates you choose are relevant to the vacancy you have. Candidates that we do not consider relevant (i.e. Non Motor Trade) are sifted out to give you the best result. If you require someone on a short-term basis to undertake a specific project you can easily access these candidates as well. How it worksYou search for your candidate from carefully defined search criteria – the same as the one we have employed since 1995 – designed for speed of access. When you identify a candidate you are interested in you simply click on the button "Send me Candidates CV" We then contact the candidate with the details of your opportunity and with their agreement email their CV to you immediately. Remember you must give us details of the opportunity you have via the "Advertise a Job" link below before you can start identifying candidates To create an account and start using the system just click on the "create an account" link below to obtain a password and gain access to our candidate showcase.
