What do we expect from you?

Information

We rely on up to-date information from you. When you first register, we check information you provide against all our registered positions. If you have been registered for a while and you haven’t found what you’re looking for you may decide to change your requirements. If we know, we can broaden out the search and ensure that you don’t miss out on opportunities you may be keen to progress.

We may also request information from you from time to time, to update your registration. Your prompt response will help us to help you. When we submit CVs to our clients, we are obliged to find as near a match as possible to their brief, that’s our job, and missing information on your registration may exclude you from being submitted for a position you really want.

Feedback, feedback, feedback

After interview, your feedback is all important. We make sure the client is aware you are keen to progress the role. If it didn’t appeal, that provides us with a process of elimination, helping us to get closer to your goal.
