What do you expect from a Recruitment Consultancy?

Not too many CVs - when you're paying for a service you shouldn't be doing the work yourself! You're too busy to go through stacks of CVs.

You only want to see candidates

  • capable of doing the job
  • who are interested in working for you
  • who are still on the job market
  • within a reasonable travelling distance
  • with the relevant skills

Simple really isn't it? We think so!

If your chosen consultancy knows their candidates, their circumstances, skills, capabilities and current requirements, and has a comprehensive brief from the client, there will only ever be a limited number of candidates that you should see.

That's screening.

After all, if your brief is too narrow, and you're not getting enough candidates, it's best if you're given the opportunity to widen out the search.

That's how we do it!

What we also do is reformat the CVs into a standard easy to follow format, using all the information provided by the candidate. Our clients find this helpful, particularly when you are reviewing a number of CVs for the same position.
