Description
|
Financial Accountant - to ensure the smooth running of the finance function and delivering accurate timely financial information including prepare & Monthly Accounts
• Budgets
• Re-Forecasts
• VAT/Tax computations and delivered within agreed time-scales
• IFC Submissions for Head Office
• Management of reporting systems
• Accurate reconciliations including management of the bank daily balance position.
• Internal Control system adherence – ensure management are aware of potential issues
• External / Internal Audit liaison
You will contribute ideas to increase the efficiencies of the policies / systems which already exist within the Accounts team, whilst adhering to the current processes. Reporting of accurate and timely financial information, debt resolution , bank position, audit reporting, ICS issues.
Managing People and Performance, problem Solving and Decision Making,
Extensive knowledge of Drive/ Kerridge Dealer Management System, Experience of Motor Industry Accounting is essential.
